Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Process shipments for day-to-day operations of Holman’s FTZ sites in accordance with the FTZ
procedures manual and federal regulations. - Prepare and submit all required daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual documentation and
forms to Customs and Border Patrol on a timely basis. - Work closely with Holman Operations staff to achieve optimal flow of merchandise and timely
submission of reports. - Maintain proper record keeping required for operations of Holman FTZ sites.
- Maintain the FTZ inventory control and record keeping system.
- Validate FTZ data against clients import documentation as needed to ensure accuracy of
integration and information. - Provide regular updates and reports to direct management regarding all activities related to the
FTZ. - Assist in troubleshooting inventory discrepancies and report as necessary.
- Research and analyze discrepancies discovered during daily operations.
- Collaborate with U.S. Customs during on-site audits, supplying required documentation and
information as requested. - Manage recordkeeping of import and Customs documents.
- Assist in preparation and submission of annual reports to U.S. Customs and the FTZ Board.
- Carry out all responsibilities in compliance with applicable food safety, SQF, and/or USDA regulations, protocols, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform all duties in compliance with appropriate safety and security standards.
- All other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Education: Two years of college/ equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Two (2) years related experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment & customer service experience. One (1) to two (2) years of FTZ administrative experience
preferred. - Computer Skills: Basic computer or tablet skills; basic office equipment. Experience with FTZ software preferred. Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint,
Excel & Outlook) required. - Abilities: Ability to multi-task, customer service skills, attention to detail, time management, effective analytical skills.
- Communication: Professional written and oral communications skills and attendance punctuality required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Must work well independently and in a team environment

Skills Required
- Two years of related experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and customer service experience
- One to two years of Foreign Trade Zone administrative experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Basic computer or tablet skills and basic office equipment experience
- Ability to multitask, demonstrate attention to detail, manage time, and apply effective analytical skills
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Two years of college or equivalent
- Ability to work the required schedule, including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays when needed
