Job Description► Processing export documentation and conducting follow-up processes for export operations in the EMEA region
► Preparing export/import data for customs operations through SAP/GTS (various entities in the EMEA region)
► Communicating with Robert Bosch factories and sales departments to ensure proper closure of export transactions and correct classification of goods according to the customs tariff
► Organizing the group mailbox – managing ESM tickets
► Supporting reporting and creating KPI reports (regular and ad hoc)
► Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Economics, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
► Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
► Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
► Proactive team player with exceptional communication skills
► SAP knowledge will be considered an advantage
