ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Informed of the daily currency exchange market rates.
Provides exchange rates to customers requesting wires in foreign currency.
Negotiate exchange rates with customers/prospects.
Creates FX quotes and initiates wire process through the Wire Transfer application.
Provide verbal disclosures to customers to comply with regulatory requirements.
Assists walk-in customers.
Conduct telemarketing calls to offer the foreign exchange service to IBC customers and prospects to attain the foreign exchange income goals.
Manages respective workflow queues on the Wire Transfer application.
Other Duties as assigned.

Strong sales skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
Able to effectively communicate with new staff members.
Able to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Proficient in computer skills and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and its applications.
Basic math skills and ability to use calculator functions.

EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
