Responsibilities

As the Foreign Disclosure Support, you will:


  • Evaluate and coordinate the authorized disclosure of sensitive information to foreign governments, international organizations, and other approved external partners.
  • Review information proposed for release, applies governing disclosure policy and delegated authorities, and develop recommendations that balance mission collaboration with protection of controlled information.
  • Coordinate across large technical, security, acquisition, and international teams; maintain complete decision records; and support senior-level engagements involving disclosure considerations.
  • Through consistent review, careful documentation, and timely stakeholder communication, Foreign Disclosure Support enables authorized information sharing while preserving need-to-know controls, releasability restrictions, and the integrity of sensitive defense information.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Review documents, technical information, briefings, and requests to determine releasability under applicable foreign-disclosure authorities.
  • Prepare disclosure recommendations, release conditions, redactions, and supporting rationale for Government decision-makers.
  • Coordinate disclosure actions with security, export-control, engineering, acquisition, legal, and international stakeholders.
  • Apply approved disclosure policy, delegated authorities, and need-to-know principles to proposed information exchanges.
  • Maintain accurate records of disclosure decisions, release restrictions, coordination actions, and supporting correspondence.
  • Support foreign visits, meetings, technical exchanges, and senior-level engagements requiring disclosure review.
  • Develop and update disclosure guidance, procedures, review aids, and briefings for supported organizations.
  • Identify and resolve disclosure issues that could affect authorized collaboration or protection of sensitive information.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant discipline and 10 years of directly relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline plus 14 years of directly related work experience.
  • Specialized experience with flag-officer level briefings and senior-level interface.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of aircraft programs and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large and diverse teams and the ability to effectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of contracted effort
  • Experience must include support to Special Access Program and Sensitive Compartmented Information environments
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across Government, contractor, and external stakeholders; prepare briefings, reports, standard operating procedures, and official correspondence; and lead a team in fast paced classified environments.
  • CLEARANCE: Active Top Secret clearance:  must be able to meet any applicable Special Access Program eligibility requirements identified by the Government.
Pay Transparency StatementAMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $110,500.00/Yr. - USD $184,600.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. Skills Required
