This position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager__
Reporting to the Planning & Fulfillment manager, you will own the end-to-end forecast and operational planning process — driving alignment between demand signals, production capacity, and supply chain execution to ensure on-time delivery, optimized inventory, and revenue realization. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization.
The work model for the role is: Onsite
This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in the Smart Power Division located in North Mississippi/Memphis area.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Maintaining the right inventory levels, optimizing them according to the company’s targets while ensuring high customer service level.
- Performing standard and ad hoc detailed analyses of planning and fulfillment metrics, including Days Inventory on Hand (DIH), on-time delivery, lead time, forecast accuracy, and resource utilization.
- Identifying key root causes for non-performance and drives improvement initiatives across businesses.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models, market intelligence, and customer data
- Monitor and manage inventory levels (raw material, WIP, finished goods) to balance service levels and working capital targets
- Define, track, and report on planning KPIs: forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, schedule adherence
- Lead and develop a team of planners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making
- Responsible for partnering with Finance on E&O provision management and mitigation processes
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field. APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred
- 5+ years in demand forecasting, production planning, or supply chain management
- 3+ years managing planning teams in a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record leading or co-leading S&OP/SIOP processes \
- Strong SAP proficiency; advanced Excel; Power BI or similar analytics tools a plus
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business decisions for senior leadership
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes manufacturing environment
- Strong influencing skills — able to align Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain around a single plan
- Experience with ERP implementations or SAP upgrades
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean certification is a plus
- Experience planning in a high-volume, high-revenue manufacturing environment ($50M+/month preferred)

- While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $100,500 and $160,800 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
