Job Title: Foods Strategy & Planning (CSP) Manager
Job Type: 12 month Maternity Cover
JOB PURPOSE
This role is responsible for both developing and implementing go-to-market strategies that translate our Foods category and brand objectives into commercial plans, channel play, portfolio and pricing tactics. This role involves influencing and deciding commercial funding decisions and identifying growth opportunities within the category. This is an exciting role that oversees the performance management, operational planning process and influencing market development plans with key customers for the Foods category. In this role you will also coordinate and manage 1U trade marketing activities on key growth initiatives with key stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Portfolio & Channel Strategy: Define and manage the market portfolio, including channel/customer prioritisation and pack/price architecture based on guidance from VET. Lead range reviews, delist processes, and repack strategies. Provide input for local assortment strategy and channel transformation. Develop and execute Local Jewels Strategy and Portfolio.
Annual Planning: Lead creation of the Country/Category annual plan (AP) integrated with VET IBP. Cascade and adapt the Category Growth Strategy (CCGS) to local market needs. Set yearly OKRs and JTBD aligned with country/category priorities.
Innovation & Launch Management: Provide market input on upcoming innovations and contribute to Gate Keeping Meetings. Set market NPD volume estimates and pipefill volumes, including market share and distribution targets, track and evaluate product launches.
Go-To-Market Strategy: Build and drive execution of the 360 GTM plans for all 6Ps.
Customer Engagement & Trade Planning: Create compelling trade presentations and lead customer projects. Guide trade window planning and kick-off meetings. Recommend customer portfolio strategies and manage trade pricing windows. Pricing: Develop and execute pricing strategy, including RSP recommendations and promo guidelines. Lead strategic pricing initiatives and track pricing performance. Coordinate GSV creation/change and cost outlook planning.
Performance Management Lead Country Growth Connects with CBD, and prepare and present financial forecast based on volume sign-offs in S&OP meetings. Drive country performance reviews and contribute to VET and 1U Europe reviews.
1U Trade marketing lead: Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of in-store brand execution by project leading, briefing and co-developing POS material for our Foods, Home Care, Personal Care & Beauty Wellbeing categories on prioritized innovations and growth initiatives and coordinate with key stakeholders.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of FMCG experience in various go-to-market roles (sales, marketing, category management).
Experience with customer engagement and projects, and strong understanding of local retailer dynamics and development.
Strong understanding and knowledge of category management and ability to convert this knowledge into business growth.
Business accumen in strategic and operational planning, commercial accumen, category management, NRM.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in Swedish and English

Proven project management skills
