Role Purpose:
The Project PMO (Finance) is responsible for coordinating all finance-related activities within the program, ensuring alignment across workstreams and providing structure, governance, and visibility on financial deliverables. The role supports the effective execution of the merger program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate financial workstreams across planning, reporting, accounting, and integration teams.

  • Track and monitor key finance deliverables, milestones, and risks across the program

  • Ensure consistency and alignment of financial outputs across multiple teams.

  • Support governance forums with preparation of financial updates, reports, and materials.

  • Act as central point of contact for finance-related project coordination.

  • Drive issue tracking, escalation, and resolution across finance topics.

  • Support preparation of executive materials and steering committee updates.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong project management and coordination experience within finance or transformation programs.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams effectively.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Experience in large-scale transformation or M&A programs is a plus.
