JOB DETAILS
Base pay starts at $20.00 per hour
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining folding machines while ensuring high-quality production standards are met.
- Set up, operate, and monitor folding machines according to job specifications
- Perform quality checks throughout production runs to maintain product standards
- Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to optimize performance
- Load and unload materials from folding equipment
- Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation
- Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of folding equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience operating industrial folding machines
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret production specifications
- Basic math skills for measurements and production calculations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
- Detail-oriented with strong focus on quality control
- Experience with manufacturing safety protocols
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of printing/manufacturing processes preferred
