About the Position

Dexis is recruiting for an experienced Focal Point Program Manager to support U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) in managing sensitive information control systems and knowledge management platforms. The position focuses on administering the Alternate Compensatory Control Measure (ACCM) program while ensuring proper information access and dissemination across multiple security domains. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

The Focal Point Program Manager will serve as the primary knowledge and information management representative while maintaining comprehensive control of sensitive information programs. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure proper information handling and access control across USCENTCOM networks and systems. 

Key duties include: 

  • Manage the ACCM program according to USCENTCOM Regulation 335-2 
  • Process Information Access Authorizations with FPPCO and SSO 
  • Conduct Manual Cross Domain Transfers as an Authorized Transfer Agent 
  • Serve as Division Knowledge and Information Management Representative 
  • Administer SharePoint portals across multiple security networks 
  • Coordinate FOIA and MDR processes according to legal standards 
  • Maintain accurate archives of personnel access authorizations 
  • Develop automated systems for information dissemination 
Qualifications 
  • Minimum 2 years experience at Joint/Combined Command Headquarters 
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Focal Point Control Program 
  • Detailed knowledge of ACCM program and USCENTCOM Regulation 335-2 
  • Experience with SharePoint administration and development 
  • Strong understanding of information security protocols 
  • Knowledge of records management procedures 
  • Active DOD Secret clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Prior experience at USCENTCOM 
  • Advanced knowledge of cross-domain solutions 
  • Background in information systems management 
  • Experience with classified information handling
