The Technology Leader will work closely with customers, project delivery teams, product line management, pre-sales organizations, business development teams, and global customer engineering organizations to drive successful delivery of Fixed access network, SDN and other Cloud native applications.
The role is responsible for leading and scaling a high-performance Remote Delivery Engineering organization focused on Fiber Access xPON network, CPEs and cloud-integrated network infrastructures. The individual will provide technical leadership across architecture, design, validation, deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management of customer networks while ensuring delivery excellence and superior customer experience.
The candidate will lead a team of highly skilled engineers covering solution architecture, technical delivery, network design, interoperability validation, automation, customer acceptance, and technical consultancy across Nokia's Fixed Networks portfolio and cloud-native infrastructure environments.
ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end remote delivery of Fixed Access Network, xPON, CPEs, Mesh, SDAN and Managed in – home connectivity solutions.
Own architecture, design, deployment, migration, and lifecycle management of Fixed Access networks.
Provide technical leadership for cloud-integrated network infrastructures (cINF) supporting network modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
Lead customer engagements from solution definition through deployment and operational acceptance.
Build, mentor, and develop globally distributed engineering teams.
Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Customer stakeholders to drive strategic growth opportunities.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to executive and senior customer stakeholders.
Drive adoption of network automation, SDN-based Access architectures, cloud-native operational models, and AI-driven network assurance.
Ensure first-time-right delivery with high-quality engineering outputs and technical governance.
Establish best practices, reusable delivery frameworks, engineering standards, and solution blueprints.
Drive risk management, technical escalation management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
