Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the FM Dept. in ensuring the safety, reliability, availability, and performance of all production equipment and facility systems across the plant — including stamping, welding, paint shop, and general assembly production lines.
  • Responsible for organizing and compiling annual budgets for department personnel, materials, etc.
  • Partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Project teams on new line installations, equipment commissioning, and model-year changeovers.
  • Own and drive improvement of key maintenance KPIs: OEE, MTBF, MTTR, equipment downtime, PM compliance rate, and maintenance cost per vehicle.
  • Responsible for organizing and completing key tasks and important project of the department.
  • Responsible for the continuous optimization of the system process.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary team of supervisors, engineers, and technicians across mechanical, electrical, controls, and robotics specialties.
  • Other related work arranged by line manager.

Skills Required
