Job Description- The FM & IS&T Procurement Manager plays a crucial role in the FM procurement portfolio with the Sodexo Australia Supply Management team and sets the strategic direction for the FM Categories under management, with specific responsibilities for Mining East and clients within the Global Strategic Accounts
- This role will execute procurement methodologies (source to contract) that realise the targets of Quality, Cost, Delivery, CSR & Customer Service in successfully completing the source to contract and performance management of suppliers (contract)
- This role will engage with suppliers where delivery, quality, cost or compliance issues arise that have impacted continuity of supply, or provision of service to site operations.
- As allocated, this role will undertake the leadership of Procurement projects during the BIDS and MOBILISATION stages, with the allocation of project management responsibilities for the allocated tenders.
- This role will represent the Supply Management team's internal and external engagements, demonstrating professionalism and the highest level of integrity throughout all aspects of the procurement process.
- Experience:
- Min. of 5 to experience in Procurement and/ or Supply Chain function
- Demonstrated experience of leading a range of food sourcing categories, with non-food categories being ideal.
- Qualifications:
- Min., Diploma in Business, major in Supply Chain Management/ Procurement
- Ideal., Degree in Business, major in Supply Chain Management/ Procurement
