Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Flutter Full Stack Mobile Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience, preferably in the FinTech domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing secure, scalable, and high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, along with strong backend development skills. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to build innovative financial technology solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS.
Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and database integrations to support mobile applications.
Build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications for fintech products.
Integrate RESTful APIs, payment gateways, banking APIs, authentication systems, and third-party services.
Implement secure user authentication, authorization, encryption, and data protection mechanisms.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver responsive and intuitive mobile experiences.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across frontend and backend components.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, mobile development, and fintech technology trends.
4–5 years of experience in Flutter mobile application development.
Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework.
Experience building and deploying applications for both Android and iOS.
Hands-on experience with backend development using technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, or similar.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and API integrations.
Experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Push Notifications) or similar backend services.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX), and clean architecture principles.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
