Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Flutter Developer to embark on the journey with us and take part in the development team. You are responsible for gathering requirements, defining functionalities, writing codes, and testing software properly before deploying. As a result, together with our development team, we build high-quality and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical designs.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES: 

• Collaborate with the software team to design, implement, and deliver innovative features using Flutter.

• Develop and maintain high-quality front-end experiences for our applications using Flutter and JavaScript.

• Continuously enhance application performance to ensure a seamless and top-tier user experience.

• Participate in testing, debugging, and quality assurance as part of our CI/CD pipeline.

• Actively troubleshoot and resolve blocking issues to keep projects on track.

• Bring fresh ideas to the table, leveraging Flutter’s capabilities to push the boundaries of our application offerings.

• Guide, train, and mentor team members, fostering skill growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.

Qualifications

Must have:

• Proficient English communication skills

• ​​Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in Flutter (Multiplatform) and JavaScript front-end development

• Experience integrating APIs, data storage solutions, and third-party libraries

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies

• Familiarity with MVC, MVP, MVVM, or BLoC architecture patterns

• Familiarity with responsive web design principles.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  

Nice to have:

• Demonstrated ability to implement Material Design principles effectively, creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS)

• Experience with mobile application development
