As we expand, we’re seeking a dynamic E-commerce Growth & Revenue Manager with deep expertise in Shopify to drive our revenue and operational excellence across our online platforms.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and strategic E-commerce Growth & Revenue Manager to spearhead revenue generation and optimize our e-commerce operations. This role is critical in accelerating revenue growth, refining merchandising strategies, and ensuring exceptional performance across platforms like Shopify and Amazon. Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth & Performance Optimization:

  • Drive Revenue: Take ownership of revenue growth across Shopify, Amazon, and other platforms, with a strong focus on Shopify as a central growth engine.
  • Strategic Execution: Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales funnels, conversion rates, and customer acquisition and retention across Shopify.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data from Shopify and other platforms to uncover sales trends, customer insights, and market opportunities, translating them into actionable growth strategies.

Merchandising & SKU Management:

  • Strategic Merchandising: Oversee merchandising strategies on Shopify and other platforms, managing SKU mix to maximize visibility, sales, and profitability.
  • Product Optimization: Ensure that product listings on Shopify are fully optimized for peak performance, adjusting based on sales data, market trends, and competitive analysis.

E-commerce Operations & Project Management:

  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations of FluentPet’s Shopify and Amazon stores, including inventory management, pricing, promotions, and product launches.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and timely execution of growth initiatives, with an emphasis on Shopify.
  • Sales Initiatives: Lead the planning and execution of sales events, product launches, and promotional activities specifically designed for Shopify to drive revenue.

Amazon & Shopify Expertise:

  • Platform Optimization: Continuously optimize the Shopify and Amazon storefronts and product listings to enhance visibility and conversion.
  • PPC Management: Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns on both Shopify and Amazon to drive targeted traffic and boost sales.
  • Performance Review: Regularly refine product pages and storefronts on Shopify to ensure optimal search algorithm performance and customer engagement.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Metrics Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, LTV) on Shopify and other platforms to guide decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Employ A/B testing and other methodologies within Shopify to iteratively improve sales performance and strategy.

Project Management & Organization:

  • Efficiency Enhancement: Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency, with a focus on optimizing Shopify processes.
  • Multitasking: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution of e-commerce and revenue initiatives.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with supply chain and customer service teams to address inventory and fulfillment challenges that impact Shopify operations.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or revenue management, with a demonstrated ability to drive growth on Shopify and Amazon.
  • Extensive Shopify experience is required, with a strong track record of scaling revenue and optimizing Shopify storefronts.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
  • Experience with PPC campaign management on Shopify, Amazon, and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).

Soft Skills:

  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the pet industry or with mission-driven companies.
  • Proven track record of scaling e-commerce revenue in North or South America.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, CRO tactics, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with Klaviyo for email marketing, including campaign management and performance analysis.
