What you will do:

  • Coordinate projects and provide day-to-day operational support across campaigns;
  • Manage creative briefings and coordinate timelines with our agency to ensure all assets are delivered on time;
  • Upload and manage creative assets in Meta;
  • Follow internal procedures and SOPs;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution;
  • Handle sensitive customer data with care and security;
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices;
  • Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI;
  • Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent German and English language skills (at least C1 level for both speaking and writing);
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills;
  • Proven ability to deliver tasks reliably and on schedule;
  • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude;
  • Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
