What you will do:
- Manage Coverage Engine workflow end-to-end, completing sourcing, matching, and QA while ensuring checklist compliance;
- Verify and curate source data, ensuring accuracy of details;
- Maintain high-quality assets (links, images, and official references);
- Conduct quality assurance on all outputs, ensuring visual accuracy, realism, and adherence to presentation guidelines;
- Handle sensitive customer data with care and security;
- Identify and escalate technical issues via appropriate channels; ensure timely resolution;
- Support additional operational tasks within scope as needed;
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 for both spoken and written);
- Strong attention to detail and visual judgment for accurate matching and quality assurance;
- Ability to consistently follow strict processes, checklists, and guidelines;
- Good understanding of food and dishes, with resourcefulness for quick online research and verification;
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures and service expectations;
- Proficiency in web-based tools and Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas, pivot tables);
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload);
- Backup power supply to ensure uninterrupted work.
