Our 2027 Summer Internship Program is a paid, hands-on experience designed to give college students meaningful exposure to the energy industry. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real business projects, and build skills and connections that will serve you well beyond the summer.
As Flowco continues to grow, we're expanding our internship opportunities across several of our locations, offering students the chance to experience different parts of our business while connecting with fellow interns and leaders across the company.
What You'll Experience

Internship Opportunities
Depending on business needs and location, opportunities may be available in:
- Engineering (Mechanical and Petroleum)
- Field Operations and Production Optimization
- Manufacturing and Supply Chain
- Finance and Accounting
- Data and Analytics
- Sales and Business Development
- Corporate Functions (HR, IT, and others)
Assignments and locations will be determined based on business needs and candidate qualifications.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
- Available to work full-time during the summer internship program.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to collaborate with others and contribute in a team environment.
- Interest in the energy industry and making a meaningful impact.
