Your function: 

As Flow Risk Specialist ANZ, you are responsible for managing the small ticket (Flow) credit process and portfolio (Legal Entity Exposure <= 1mln Euro) to ensure an efficient flow process and optimization of risk reward strategies. In addition, you will be responsible for the adequate risk-reporting framework including reporting on the credit process and portfolio performance. You will pro-actively propose and implement applicable improvement plans to the Regional and Countries organization. You contribute to a sound risk culture with customer focus, which should result in a high-quality portfolio

Day to day: 

  • Take Responsibility for the design, implementation & maintenance of automated credit decision tools and processes in line with business requirements and the procedural and regulatory frameworks, to ensure efficient and effective use of decision-tools.

  • Ensure adequate and reliable portfolio reporting is in place in support of continuous monitoring process, scorecard, and portfolio performance and pro-actively inform management about required actions.

  • Initiate and coordinate improvements based on monitoring activities that you undertake.

  • Lead and actively participate in projects to enhance the risk management processes and performance.

  • Partner with colleagues and contribute to the successful creation and execution of the strategy and business plan for the region.

  • Support global DLL Group Risk initiatives.

  • Provide coaching and feedback to the credit and risk team to support their development. 

  • Actively engage with the Regional Sales Manager and / or with local country sales managers to discuss the small ticket underwriting approach and discuss required adjustments for partner limits and settings.

  • Inform local and regional MT via Regional Risk Committee on incoming business performance (manual and system underwriting) & portfolio performance along with measures to be taken.

Your profile: 

  • Advanced degree or equivalent working experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in managing an end-to-end lease process and managing customer relations
  • At least 4  years of relevant working experience in the risk domain and experience in an analytical/statistical role and explicit equipment finance business knowledge or credit experience is required
  • Analytical skills, able to work with larger datasets, to create meaningful management information which lead to actionable measures
  • Commercial, analytical, innovative, and entrepreneurial.
  • Getting things done.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with ability to speak with and influence senior management
  • Strong knowledge of automated approvals  process
  • Effectively multi-task and manage various projects with competing deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Affinity with IT, including proficiency with Power BI

Skills Required

  • Advanced degree or equivalent working experience
  • Knowledge and expertise managing an end-to-end lease process and customer relations
  • At least 4 years of relevant risk-domain experience
