Alleima USA LLC is seeking a Flow Manager for Hot Flow in the Clarks Summit, PA location.
The Flow Manager is responsible for the operational function; and for ensuring that his/her own production area reaches its goals for safety, quality outcomes, production volume, staffing and on time delivery within the set budget.
Responsible to direct and develop personnel to reach tactical targets, develop staff competence and ensure that work is done according to procedures and requirements.
Leads and distributes work in the production area. Responsible for personnel in areas such as rehabilitation and workforce planning, ensuring compliance with all employment, safety, health, and environmental laws.
Responsible for the development of a yearly budget, ongoing expense tracking and cost savings initiatives.
Ability to actively work with culture change, attitudes, commitments and behaviors of individuals and groups.
Responsible for specifying requirements on support functions as well as initiating and following up on improvement projects.
Ensure daily and weekly production schedules are met, ordering, and maintaining production supplies, participating in continuous improvement activities, developing the plant 5S program, conducting daily information meetings, and administering company policy to ensure fair and just treatment of employees.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management or technical field, or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of production manufacturing experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A team player with demonstrated ability to follow through.
A continuous improvement mindset to be able to manage a team of 30+ employees in a collaborative environment.
