About Flourish Flourish is a specialist sales recruitment and training business helping high-growth companies build exceptional commercial teams.
We partner with founders, CROs, and sales leaders to identify, assess, and develop sales talent that delivers genuine commercial impact.
Flourish is part of the wider Apprentify Group, a collective of high-growth businesses. This gives our team exposure to broader commercial thinking and opportunities across the wider group, while maintaining the close-knit, supportive feel of a growing business.
The Role We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our team in London Victoria.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop their commercial skills, build confidence, and learn from experienced sales professionals in a supportive environment.
You'll receive structured training, daily coaching, and hands-on development, with a clear progression path into Business Development and beyond.
As a Junior Sales Representative, you'll build relationships with prospective clients, understand their business needs, identify opportunities, and support the wider team in generating new business.
You don't need to have previous sales experience. We're more interested in your personality, communication skills, curiosity, ambition, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective client companies.

  • Build relationships with potential customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

  • Speak with business owners, Founders, Sales Directors, and other senior professionals.

  • Understand prospective clients' businesses, challenges, and growth plans.

  • Have initial conversations to explore whether Flourish can support their goals.

  • Identify potential sales opportunities and communicate them to the wider team.

  • Arrange meetings with prospective clients for the Business Development team.

  • Follow up with prospects and maintain professional relationships.

  • Keep customer and prospect information accurate and up to date within the CRM.

  • Work closely with experienced colleagues to develop your sales approach.

  • Take part in regular coaching, role plays, call reviews, and development sessions.

  • Work towards clear activity and performance goals.

  • Continuously develop your knowledge of sales, recruitment, and commercial strategy.

Office & Progression Structure The Junior Sales Representative role is five days per week in our London Victoria office.
We believe being together in the early stages of your career provides valuable opportunities for learning, collaboration, coaching, and support.
You'll have access to experienced colleagues every day, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, learn from others, and develop your confidence quickly.
As you develop your skills and demonstrate consistent performance, you'll have the opportunity to progress into Business Development Executive and further commercial roles.
Upon promotion to Business Development Executive, the working structure moves to four days per week in the office, reflecting increased autonomy and responsibility.
Our Culture At Flourish, we want people to feel supported, valued, and able to be themselves at work.
We're proud of our close-knit culture and believe that great teams are built from people with different experiences, perspectives, personalities, and backgrounds.
We work hard, support each other, celebrate success, and make sure there's plenty of opportunity to enjoy ourselves along the way.
Our team incentives and social events include:

  • Chester Races and other incentive days.

  • Team dinners at The Ivy and leading London restaurants.

  • Summer parties and social events across the Apprentify Group.

  • Regular team celebrations and performance incentives.

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:

  • A confident and approachable communicator.

  • Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships.

  • Curious about businesses, people, and how companies grow.

  • Interested in developing a career in sales and business development.

  • Open to feedback and genuinely keen to learn.

  • Resilient and able to learn from setbacks.

  • Organised and comfortable working towards clear goals.

  • Motivated by personal development and progression.

  • A strong listener who can understand different perspectives.

  • Positive, collaborative, and willing to contribute to a team.

  • Ambitious in their own way and excited to build a successful career.

Previous experience in sales, recruitment, retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, sport, or other customer-facing roles can be helpful, but it isn't essential.
We welcome applications from people at different stages of their careers and from a wide range of backgrounds. If you don't meet every requirement but believe you'd be a great fit, we'd still encourage you to apply.

  • £32,000 base salary + performance-based commission.

  • Structured onboarding and sales training.

  • Daily coaching and mentorship.

  • Clear progression to Business Development Executive and beyond.

  • Regular exposure to Founders, CROs, Sales Directors, and other senior stakeholders.

  • Experience working with high-growth businesses.

  • Five-day office-based environment during your initial development.

  • Four-day office structure upon promotion to Business Development Executive.

  • Team incentives, dinners, events, and social activities.

  • A supportive and collaborative working environment.

  • Career development based on performance, development, and potential — not simply tenure.
