Walters Wedding Estates, in partnership with The Design Haus, is seeking detail-driven, dependable candidates to join our Silk Floral Production Team. This role is focused on the preparation, assembly, and execution of permanent floral designs for weddings and events.
Our production team supports a high-volume environment, averaging 5–10+ weddings per weekend, with a strong emphasis on quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities- Assembly and production of silk (permanent) floral arrangements based on approved designs
- Processing, organizing, and maintaining silk floral inventory and hard goods
- Prepping materials, mechanics, and recipes for large-scale event production
- Assisting with installations and on-site styling as needed
- Cleaning, resetting, and maintaining production space and supplies
- Loading, delivering, unloading, and post-event breakdown of floral inventory
Pay Range: $15–$18 per hour
Location: Hickory Creek, TX

Schedule:
- Must be available weekends and occasional evenings
- Flexible scheduling based on event volume
Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to replicate designs consistently
- Bilingual is a plus, not required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable working on ladders and in a fast-paced production environment

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and accountability are non-negotiable
