WORK Inc. Float Supervisor
WORK Inc. is seeking a Float Supervisor to work at a variety of our federal and commercial contract locations based on operational needs. The desired candidate will be flexible and have skills in the area of custodial, snow removal, grounds maintenance, some food service and administrative support services. . This is a position that requires strong customer service and communication skills as well as the ability to work comfortably and effectively with co-staff members and the individuals with disabilities that perform work at the sites.
The successful candidate will a have a high school diploma/G.E.D and have at least 2 years of custodial experience. This is a highly visible position that requires strong organizational and customer service skills, excellent written and oral communication, computer literacy and an ability to work comfortably and effectively with a wide variety of individuals including those with disabilities
The position pays $25.00 per hour at 40 hours per week plus mileage and includes an individual plan of benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance and long term disability insurance that are paid for in full by the employer. Other benefits include 10 paid Federal holidays, two weeks of paid vacation per year to start, one paid Float Holiday and 10 paid sick days per year.
Work schedule varies, primarily Monday thru Friday, however the successful applicant must be flexible and able to work occasional nights or weekends based on location needs. Good driving record and reliable vehicle required.
