FLIT Data & Reporting Manager is a high-exposure role interfacing with senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Data Head to define project roadmaps.
- Lead and mentor project managers and business analysts.
- Foster a collaborative and productive environment for the team and stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Drive excellence in implementing a recommended project framework for schedule, resourcing, status, risk, and work monitoring.
- Understand best practices for project management and independently manage complex projects or portions of larger projects.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure accountability for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Facilitate skills development and trainings within the Data & Reporting team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business analytics or a related field of study.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management methodology and understand current industry trends.
- Multiple years of experience working on large and global scale projects in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- Strong leader with successful experience driving a team culture.
- Experience working or collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in working with ERPs systems like SAP and Oracle is preferred
