Responsibilities
- Ensure safe flight operations
- Ensure safe flight operations (we really mean it!)
- Help with all Flight Test Operations, from pre-flying the vehicles to checking all systems are go before launch, monitoring telemetry during flights, flying recovery maneuvers, and assisting with post-flight operations
- Assist with producing flight test reports and provide your feedback to the rest of the team regarding how to automate flight ops and improve reliability
- Help build, repair, and manufacture large UAVs
Requirements
- PPL or better, UAS Pilot License
- FAA Medical Certificate (or ability to get one)
- Experience with >55lb UAVs, at least 100hrs
- Experience with building and maintaining aircraft
- Willing to start early and/or finish late depending on weather
- Ability to carry heavy loads and work outside for extended periods of time
