Job Description:
Summary:
To provide Airlines Flight Operations with all the necessary data to operate safely and efficiently the whole Airbus family and other aircrafts.
To ensure that our support is constantly adapted to customer needs by increasing the overall level of quality and information.
To produce and maintain updated the operational documentation for all Airbus models, develop new tools and services to face operator's demands.
Responsibilities:
- Provide flight operations support to ensure safe, reliable and economical operations of aircraft in delivering operational documentation and solutions to operational and performance issues.
- Answer operational queries raised by the Customers on time and on quality.
- Define tools and software to support modern aircraft operation. participate in the new aircraft definition to take into account operational constraints. participate to safety improvement.
Academic/Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in aeronautical engineering
- Aviation/Aeronautical knowledge
Required Skills/Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in airline operations or equivalent
- Advanced level of communication skills in English : TOEIC min 700 or IELTS min 7.0.
- Has knowledge of avionics, aircraft systems
- Study/Knowledge of IT tools and particularly in the authoring of structured documentation in XML
- Experience in Aircraft Systems Engineer or Avionics
- Familiar with an international and multifunctional environment
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Good customer service mindset
- Good team player
