Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 1 year of flight mechanics or flight dynamics experience
- Strong understanding of flight dynamics, kinematics, and control theory
- Hands-on experience designing, testing, and tuning flight control system elements
- Understanding of linear and nonlinear systems
- Familiarity with safety-critical development processes, including ARP4754, DO-178B/C, and DO-254 or equivalent
- Knowledge of FAA, EASA, DGCA, or equivalent aerospace regulatory frameworks
- Expertise with reliable flight-control sensors and inceptors
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of physics, mechanical mechanisms, electric powertrains, and electronic circuits
- Master’s degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 1 year of flight mechanics or flight dynamics experience
