Assists Flash CLE team in marketing continuing legal education programs for in-house use by law firms, corporate legal departments, and local bars through passive and pro-active telephone contact. Processes orders for the Flash CLE Department, TexasBarCLE payables, and Flash CLE invoices.
Primary FunctionsHigh school education and two years of related experience required. Some accounting experience preferred. Must be high energy, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive, and able to develop and maintain customer relationships. Must be organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to assume responsibility, prioritize and perform a number of ongoing tasks under deadlines. Experience with Word and Excel. desirable. Must be able to type at least 50 words per minute. Must present a positive professional image to prospective customers. Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs. Occasional travel and overtime required.

What We Do
The State Bar of Texas is a public corporation and administrative agency of Texas’s judicial department. It supports the administration of the legal system, promotes equal access to justice and ethical conduct, helps attorneys serve clients and the public, and educates the public about the rule of law. It also administers continuing legal education and manages the attorney grievance process statewide.
