Fixed Term Associate - Learning & Development Coordinator
Job Summary:
- To assist the Principal HR Specialist/Sr. Specialist/Principal Recruiter in an assigned Human Resource sub-function such as Learning and Development.
General Responsibilities:• Provides functional support in the assigned sub-function, including but not limited to:• Learning and Development:
- Facilitate and Support ICON/New hire orientation classes
- Support L&D enrolment offerings and reports
- Maintain and update L&D reports, trackers, training room reservations and material inventories
- Coordinates with external parties such as L&D vendors/partners for proposal, invoices, visitor passes and likes
Basic Qualifications:
- Educational Background: College graduate preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
- Fresh grad or preferably with relevant work experience.
- Must possess analytical skills and customer focus.
- Good oral and written communication skills for business correspondences
- Must be flexible with working schedules, depending on business need.
- Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

- Must have appropriate paperwork to work in the Philippines.
