Medal enables millions of gamers to capture and share their epic gaming moments and create memories together. Medal users create 3M+ videos per day across over a million daily active users on our desktop and mobile applications. Your work will have a real impact on millions of people around the world!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You will join our NYC-based team (can be remote to start) to lead growth for Medal within the FiveM and GTA Online ecosystems. The ideal candidate can leverage their understanding of the FiveM ecosystem to lead product strategy and foster key partnerships to drive growth of players actively clipping using Medal each week. This role reports to James and Ken.
Responsibilities
- Required: expert understanding of the GTA, FiveM, AltV, RageMP ecosystem. The ideal candidate has owned/managed servers and/or built plugins/resources/mods and understands the motivations of both players and organizations within the ecosystem. The candidate is technical and has engineered in FiveM.
- Create and execute on product plans to drive growth and partnerships in the FiveM/GTA Online ecosystem.
- Foster relationships with key players (servers, devs, etc.) in the FiveM ecosystem to secure growth partnerships focused on loops between FiveM devs/servers and Medal.
- Foster relationships with FiveM creators to generate meaningful social partnerships.
- Hire and manage a team – flexible on size, dependent on the product plan.
- Oversee FiveM and Medal technical teams, alongside Medal leadership, to create integrations attractive to the community.
- Critically, the ideal candidate should be able to build up considerable momentum via a relentless calendar of developer and creator partnerships. Must drive numerous simultaneous partnerships to ensure as many people see it as often as possible.
- Diligently oversee operations behind launching all of the developer and creator partnerships.
