Responsibilities
- Requirement: expert understanding of the GTA/FiveM ecosystem. The ideal candidate has owned/managed servers and/or built plugins/resources/mods and understands the motivations of both players and organizations within the ecosystem.
- Create and execute on product plans to drive growth and partnerships in the Minecraft ecosystem.
- Foster relationships with key players (servers, devs, etc.) in the FiveM ecosystem to secure growth partnerships focused on loops between FiveM devs/servers and Medal.
- Foster relationships with FiveM creators to generate meaningful social partnerships.
- Hire and manage a team – flexible on size, dependent on the product plan.
- Oversee FiveM and Medal technical teams, alongside Medal leadership, to create integrations attractive to the community.
- Critically, the ideal candidate should be able to build up considerable momentum via a relentless calendar of developer and creator partnerships. Must drive numerous simultaneous partnerships to ensure as many people see it as often as possible.
- Diligently oversee operations behind launching all of the developer and creator partnerships.
