Skills Required
- NTC3 qualification with matric mathematics and science
- Fitter trade tested
- 5 years of experience in FMCG
- Analytical skills
- Problem-solving skills
- High numeracy skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a plant and work shifts
- Availability for call-out, standby, and overtime work
- Logical and diagnostic troubleshooting approach
