- Supervise and execute daily site activities for interior fit-out projects, including commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and office developments.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
- Review architectural, joinery, MEP, and shop drawings to ensure proper execution and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare work schedules and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Monitor labour productivity and optimize resource allocation.
- Attend project coordination meetings and provide progress updates to the Project Manager.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify site measurements and prepare material requisitions when required.
- Manage snagging, inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Coordinate with consultants for inspections and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in resolving site-related technical issues and implement corrective actions.
