Job Responsibilities:
Assist technician supervisor in coordinating with technician on administrative issue (annual leave/medical leave)
Ensure all installation photos and documents are submitted after work is completed
Ensure technician has sufficient stock and assist in stock preparation
Assist technician supervisor in month end stock take for technician
Coordinate and ensure additional tools are available for complex installation
Assist in month end reports for management review
Assist in Operational and Administrative Support such as incident report preparation, travel request form, technician claim’s check
Regulatory & Compliance Support such as manage SIRIM certification and applications, SLD letter preparation and upload to JPJ portal and liaise with government authorities when required
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 2 years’ experience in operation admin, administrator, cooperate admin or related field
Have an experience cooperate with technician or worker would be advantage.
A team player and also able to work independently
Strong negotiation skills
Process-driven
Average English Skill (for e-mail and reporting)
