- Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not required.
- A strong passion for motorcycles, powersports, or the Harley-Davidson brand.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
- Ability to engage with customers, ask the right questions, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Positive attitude, energy, and a team-oriented approach.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and stay up to date with the latest Harley-Davidson models and products.
- Must be able to pass a background check and be eligible for insurance.
