Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship
Location: Primarily remote; travel to Fargo, ND required for kickoff and some control-testing activities.
Clearance: Must pass CMS/HHS Public Trust or equivalent background check.
Responsibilities:
Lead evaluation of CMS FA controls under CMS ARS 5.1 and NIST SP 800-53 rev 5.
Develop test plans and collect evidence to validate controls.
Produce CMS-compliant working papers and documentation.
Work with Noridian teams to remediate deficiencies and verify corrections.
Prepare findings for executive summaries and final FISMA reports.
Qualifications:
CISSP, CISA, or equivalent.
8–10 years of IT security control assessment/FISMA experience.
Direct CMS/HHS experience highly desirable.
Strong understanding of FedRAMP High baselines and ARS control families.

TestPros supports both government and commercial clients. On the government side, we are a prime contractor on the DHS EAGLE II vehicle in Functional Category 3. On the commercial side, we work with companies ranging from small start-ups looking to validate the functionality of their products under development, to Fortune 50 corporations augmenting their test operations or independently verifying the security (RMF, ISO/IEC 27000 series) and accessibility (WCAG / Section 508) compliance of their products.
