Position Description
This position is responsible for scanning and uploading Accounts Payable payment documents of various types into SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and proper record management. The role also involves recording, monitoring, and tracking medication incidentals, maintaining accurate documentation and supporting compliance with established procedures.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Archives Accounts Payable documentation in SharePoint by scanning, indexing, and organizing records within the Accounting Drive. Maintains a systematic filing structure that ensures documents are accurately stored, easily searchable, and readily accessible for retrieval, audits, and reference purposes at any time.
- Records and tracks medication receipts and prescriptions using established logs and procedures. Accurately enters medication information into the Behavioral Health software system by client, ensuring documentation is complete, up-to-date, and readily available for monitoring, reporting, and compliance purposes.
- Serves as support to the Finance Manager by assisting with administrative, accounting, and recordkeeping duties. Provides timely assistance with special projects, document management, data entry, and other tasks necessary to support the overall effectiveness of the Finance Department.
- Performs other related work as required, providing support to departmental operations and assisting with additional responsibilities to meet organizational needs.
Minimum Training and Experience
Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a GED equivalent required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and spreadsheet maintenance, is required. Experience using document management and PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat or Foxit PDF Editor is preferred. Ability to accurately scan, organize, and maintain electronic records in a digital filing system is essential.
Skills Required
- High school diploma or GED

- Experience entering medication information and tracking medication receipts in Behavioral Health software
