As the First Line Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing our field force team, driving performance, and ensuring effective execution of our business strategies. This is a leadership role for someone passionate about coaching, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Execute weekly calls with Medical Representatives to share feedback and align on priorities
- Lead and motivate the area team by collaborating with Marketing, Medical, FFE, and Training teams.
- Communicate business strategies effectively through regular cycle meetings.
- Drive top-line performance in the primary care area through strategic resource allocation and training.
- Manage people-related processes including recruitment, retention, and development.
- Support pre-launch planning for new product introductions.
- Consolidate weekly reports from Medical Representatives for senior management updates
- Share market and competitive intelligence regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Provide coaching and guidance to ensure team compliance.
- Perform additional tasks/projects as assigned by direct or functional managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 2 years in a management role within the pharmaceutical sector. Experience in managing mid-sized sales teams with a proven and documented track record of success.
- Prior experience in promoting products in antibiotics, cardiovascular, or diabetes therapeutic areas is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with the tender process and related commercial procedures.
- Strong command of both English and Vietnamese, written and spoken.
