Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach a high-performing sales team to exceed performance and engagement goals.
- Translate national strategy into actionable territory plans aligned with local market insights.
- Drive execution of customer engagement strategies through data-informed decision-making.
- Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and ethical leadership across the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer and patient needs.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand advocacy and impact.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide timely feedback to support continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Desirable Requirements- Prior leadership experience in hematology or related therapeutic areas.
- Proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
