Job Description:
Principal Accountabilities• Creates and develops first article for firmware programming per customers' technical specifications.• Independently create and develop first article for firmware programming per customers' technical specifications and by analyzing technical data to determine appropriate setup criteria and programming platform.• Acts as technical leader for major aspects of component programming and is required to interface with customers' firmware design engineers to resolve programming issues or to provide technical assistance.• Required to author technical literature such as: QOI, Standard Works, Engineering bulletins, FQR and failure analysis reports.• Monitors and reports on productivity and quality of first article prototypes.

Experience / Education
Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2-4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
