The Team and Role:
As an EVT Engineer (Engineering Validation Test), you will be responsible for the ESW (Embedded Software) testing activities during the EVT phase of NPI (New Product Introduction) projects across Logitech's product portfolio. This role covers the setup and maintenance of automation test environments, the development and expansion of the test framework, and the execution of the full test process along with associated documentation.
As a key member of the ESW EVT test team at our Hsinchu Design Center, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet stable, high-quality validation standards throughout the journey from product development to successful mass production.
Your Contribution:
In this role you will:
Set up the ESW NPI automation test environments, ensuring stability and consistency
Create comprehensive automation test documentation, including test design documents, test case documents, and test reports
Execute automation tests following the established test process, ensuring traceability and reliability of results
Implement new feature test suites using Python and integrate them into the existing test framework
Maintain and optimize the test framework to improve test coverage and execution efficiency
Maintain the automation test environments to ensure long-term availability and scalability
Leverage AI tools and develop related skills to enhance the intelligence and productivity of test automation
Partner with cross-functional teams of experts in Electrical Engineering, Firmware, and Software
Engage with colleagues in a multi-site and multicultural environment (US, Switzerland, Taiwan, and India)
Key Qualifications:
