Trueline is seeking a Firm Administrator to join our team in Broward County. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to lead administrative functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do as the Firm Administrator:
- Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Manage billing processes, collections, and financial reporting
- Coordinate office operations, IT support, and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with firm leadership to enhance team culture and efficiency
- Implement operational improvements to support firm growth
Must-Haves as the Firm Administrator:
- 4-7 years of experience in law firm administration (10-40 employee size)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and legal CRM systems
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Fluency in written and verbal English
Nice-To-Haves as the Firm Administrator:
- Experience with Litify (Salesforce-based CRM)
- Spanish language skills
- Background in consumer litigation law
