This role is remote within Romania. If you are based in Cluj-Napoca, you can also choose a hybrid setup and work from our office.
What you will do
- Design and implement enterprise firewall and network security solutions.
- Deliver security projects end-to-end, from requirements and architecture through implementation and handover.
- Configure and optimize firewall policies, rules, NAT, VPNs, and security configurations.
- Work with Fortinet and Cisco security technologies across enterprise environments.
- Analyze complex security incidents, investigate logs, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Act as a technical consultant for customers and collaborate with infrastructure teams on security improvements.
When you fit in with us
- 5 years of hands-on experience in network security or a similar role.
- Strong enterprise firewall and network security experience.
- Hands-on experience with Fortinet and/or Cisco security solutions.
- Experience delivering security projects end-to-end.
- Strong troubleshooting, security analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer-facing and consulting skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Fortinet certifications (NSE/FCP)
- VPN experience
- Security monitoring experience

Skills Required
