Who Are You?

We're seeking a talented Product Manager to join our Fintech team, owning and growing Workiz Pay — our embedded payments platform that lets field service businesses get paid faster, manage payouts, and handle the financial side of running their business, all without leaving Workiz.

This isn't a zero-to-one build — Workiz Pay is a live, adopted product processing in a high payment volume annually for our customers. You'll drive its next phase: expanding payment capabilities, deepening financial integrations, and shipping new fintech features, all while operating in a data-rich, highly regulated environment where accuracy and compliance are non-negotiable.

Requirements

Ideally, we're looking for

3+ years of product management experience, including experience building and managing features in fintech, payments, or another regulated financial domain.
Strong business knowledge of how companies manage payments, payouts, invoicing, or other financial workflows, and how to translate financial/business logic into product requirements.
Experience working in a regulated, compliance-heavy domain (fintech, banking, insurance, or healthcare) and comfort partnering with legal/compliance stakeholders to navigate requirements and risk.
Experience building with and integrating AI tools into your daily workflow
Highly detail-oriented and data-driven — comfortable working with financial data, reconciliation logic, and edge cases where precision matters.
Proven track record of managing projects from conception to launch, with demonstrated success owning an end-to-end product lifecycle.
Proven ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap.
Customer-focused with a history of delivering products designed to create great user experiences.
Experience working with analytics tools and using qual and quant data to inform product decisions, and clearly and accurately communicate data insights.
An effective collaborator and communicator who can influence and align various cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, legal, risk, support, finance).
Experience working with US customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Curious, self-driven, critical thinker, and a lifelong learner with a strong can-do approach and a good sense of humor.

Bonus: Experience working with payment processors, card networks, or embedded finance/banking-as-a-service (BaaS) providers.
