Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Customer Acquisition Intern to support our business development efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales, client engagement, and market outreach, with a focus on driving customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator fluent in both Cantonese and English, eager to learn, and passionate about building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients to generate leads.
- Support the sales team in preparing pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Engage with clients and prospects through calls, emails, and meetings, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with company goals.
Requirements
- Fluent in Cantonese and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Current enrolment in a degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields) or recent graduate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team.
- Interest in sales, customer acquisition, or business development.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to commit to a 2-month internship, with potential for extension based on performance.
