Job Summary:
This position will apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports and will manage all issues related to reconciliation for our business and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Liase with suppliers to request statements of account, reconcile these statements against our aging report.
Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
Give support to the billing department with the open cases that they may have with the supplier.
If a supplier is a prepayment account, give support making the payment amount request, and follow up the balance on each account.
Collaborate with supplier to resolve financial discrepancies and issues promptly.
Provide support to Supplier Relationship Management by providing relevant information on supplier transactions and analytics to help on decision making, escalation and negotiation processes.
Support process improvement.
Train and coach new members in the Vendor Rec chapter
Prepare and maintain process metrics to measure Vendor Rec performance.
Essential Criteria
Minimum of 2 or 3 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting related degree is a plus.
Advanced English (+B2)
Knowledge of Oracle and related programs
Advanced Excel (Forms / Pivots/ VLOOKUP's)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
