Analyze cost and usage data to identify cost drivers, billing discrepancies, and usage patterns. Partner with technical teams to estimate future demand, improve resource utilization, and drive chargeback models.

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with service owners to support usage-based forecasting models for cloud and artificial intelligence platforms. Review vendor billing and usage data to validate charges, analyze expenses against budget, and support cost scenario modeling.

  • Strategic Partnership and Actionable Insights: Support reporting and configuration of usage-based consumption tools in ServiceNow. Monitor vendor pricing structures and metrics while translating technical and financial data into recommendations regarding tradeoffs among cost, performance, and service levels. Contribute to governance processes that support innovation and responsible consumption.
