- Starting pay rate is from $19.42/hour, with pay increases given at 3, 6, and 12 months and then annually thereafter!
- Day Shift Hours: M-F 6am - 2:30pm (can go as late as 4:30pm), occasional Saturdays

Our plant is located at 625 Hoffman Rd Independence, OR 97351.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Spray product on the finishing line per move ticket standards.
- Perform sanding duties on the finishing line using a sanding block/sponge/paper.
- Perform wiping duties on the finishing line using wiping rag.
- Perform loading/unloading duties as directed.
- Rotate between the various spraying job positions.
- Complete any necessary documentation and paperwork.
- Maintain production and quality standards.
- Follow all safety rules and work instructions.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to read and understand move tickets.
- Ability to spray all finishes.
- Ability to sand/wipe all finishes.
- Must have the ability to identify various finishes and wood species.
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Must have good teamwork/communication skills.
PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- MEDIUM - Exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to walk, stretch, bend, squat, push, pull, twist, and perform repetitive motions. Must be able to evacuate independently when the alarm sounds.
- NOISE - Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds.
- EQUIPMENT USED – Includes air-powered tools (sanders, drills, nail & staple guns) and other power tools (portable sanders, saws, drills, etc.). Must be able to wear required PPE specific to the job assignment requirements, such as gloves, steel toed shoes, hearing protection, and eye protection.
- DRESS CODE: Long pants ALWAYS! Depending on the department, you can wear short or long-sleeved shirt.
- ENVIORNMENT: Operators may work in environments with varying temperatures.
Standard 1st Shift Hours at our Facility:
- 1st shift hours are typically 6:00am-2:30pm but can go as late as 4:30PM, occasional Saturdays
