Description

This position is part of the Finish Line, reporting to the Finish Line Supervisor. This position will work as part of a team to receive trailers from the paint line and complete various finish-out installations including axles, tires, batteries, wiring harnesses, jacks, decals, and other required materials.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install assigned components correctly and in keeping pace with the flow of the production line.
  • Perform duties in adherence to safety requirements including the proper use of PPE.
  • Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
  • Inspect tools to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
  • Comply with company policies and guidelines
  • Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
  • Attention to detail and familiarity with installation tools and equipment
Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 (two) years of similar experience in a manual labor position.
  • 2 (two) years of similar experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of, and experience complying with applicable safety standards for this position and in this type of environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate organizational skills and pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal form.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 40+ pounds.
  • Frequently exposed to outside temperatures and weather.
  • Continuously exposed to a manufacturing/industrial environment.
