The Role & Your Impact

As Finished Goods Production & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for leading end‑to‑end finished goods operations, including formulation, filling, packaging, warehousing, and shipment execution. You will manage and develop your team while ensuring high standards in safety, quality, cost control, and customer delivery.

This role plays a key part in ensuring reliable supply, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence, while supporting growth, change initiatives, and a strong performance culture.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Organization and People Management: Align employee goals with department objectives and conduct annual performance reviews. Propose salary adjustments and bonuses. Recruit and onboard new employees with P&O support. Foster a collaborative and open work environment, encouraging change and growth. Create and implement training plans to build skills and promote high-performance culture.
  • Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations. Implement and maintain the ZEAL safety program.
  • Finished Goods Processing: Standardize FG processes to meet quality standards and c-GMP requirements. Improve formulation processes, manage off-spec control, and update production materials. Optimize scheduling for formulation and filling, ensuring efficiency and flexibility. Introduce new formulations from other sites to China while maintaining hygiene standards.
  • Warehousing and Packaging: Maintain proper product storage and comply with c-GMP requirements. Verify accuracy of shipment labels for domestic and international orders. Manage packaging material processes and ensure local packaging meets compliance standards.
  • Project Execution: Lead assigned projects and support implementation in other locations as needed. Ensure all projects are completed on time and effectively.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Prepare and manage the department’s budget to stay within spending targets. Minimize waste and reduce logistics costs through lean thinking.
  • Quality System: Maintain the department's quality system to meet QMS and local requirements. Ensure successful audits with no non-conformities.
  • Equipment and Facilities Management: Work with the R&M team to ensure regular maintenance of equipment and facilities. Maintain reliability and prevent production disruptions.
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields with proven experience in process manufacturing industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, biomanufacturing, or chemicals.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in performance evaluations, training, and creating high-performance teams.
  • Expertise in production processes, including formulation, filling, and packing, with a focus on meeting global standards and customer requirements.
  • Understanding of safety regulations, quality management systems (QMS), and c-GMP standards.
  • Proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality products on time.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and ensure operational flexibility.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
