Job Description:

概览：

所在城市及周边地区索马杜林的学术业务推广

基于目标医院进行业务分析以及梳理，推动业务发展

针对负责的目标医院的关键客户进行维护与管理

工作内容：

·       掌握重点医院和重点客户潜力、了解重点客户诊疗观念和行为等，确定辖区业务增长机会和挑战

·       所在城市及周边地区索马杜林的推广；

·       确保公司市场战略及重点客户管理计划的执行；

·       与KOL的建立良好合作。针对KOL群体，建设辖区内多层次的专家梯队、学术平台和互动影响圈，并追踪管理；

·       组织和支持有销售和市场主办的会议搭建学术平台；

·       推动全国/区域诊断治疗中心的建立和发展；

·       支持区域/省级单病种专委会成立和治疗领域的学术水平；

·       确保推广资源合规，有效的使用；

·       根据大区/地区制定的开发计划，确定并实施列名方案（包括目标医院、列名规划等）；

·       学习相关产品，疾病及医学知识。

学历:
•   大专，医药，护理相关专业优先
•    如英文熟练者更佳
经验要求:
•   3年或以上相关特药推广工作经验，外企经验更佳
•    有相关肿瘤特药，罕见肿瘤药品，免疫制剂药品推广工作经验尤佳。
•    有相关肿瘤内科，神经外科，内分泌，消化治疗领域工作经验尤佳。
•    有病理科合作，或同辖区工作经验优先。

•    良好的学术交流能力
•    学习能力强，适应环境变化
•    为人正直积极正向，勤奋
•    良好的沟通技能和跨部门协作能力
